Peas in a Blog was created as a place to share resilience and recovery. It offers real-life encouragement for navigating life after unexpected challenges. Our mission is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and the belief that even hard seasons can shape strength and hope.

This blog is something I wish I had after my stroke. I understand the experience of facing a life-changing event. It takes years to ride the ups and downs while trying to figure out how to keep going. We aren’t born being resilient, it’s something we build, one step at a time.

We are here is to walk alongside you through that process. Instead of you having to figure everything out on your own, this space will be your coach and companion. Offering encouragement, practical tools, and hope so you don’t waste time stuck in survival mode like I did.
